We liked this hotel: staff and rooms were all good. The venue was located in the center of Antigua. Spent a nice evening at Akai Sushi & Oriental, located close to the venue.
Amazing base for a 4-night stay. We liked that deluxe hotel. Pleased it had a bathtub in the room. For shots visit Tony Roma's, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the venue.
During my Xmas stay, I liked that the complementary breakfast and the hot chocolate by the lobby were delicious. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the main square and restaurants. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the city.
The staff was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting me with my needs.
The Wi-Fi wasn't free, and the noise from the nearby nightclubs was unbearable.
We recently had a lovely romantic escape and were thrilled with our hotel stay. The breakfast was delicious and complementary, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We also enjoyed the hotel's prime location, which allowed us to easily explore the city's attractions. The room was comfortable and had a stunning view of the city skyline.
The only downside to our stay was that the noise levels outside of the hotel could be disruptive at times.
However, this did not significantly detract from our overall positive experience.
Comfortable base for discovering Guatemala City. Breakfast staff are the nicest people. It is located in a lively area. On-site restaurant Trattoria Veneziana was a bonus, had dinner there.
